Mrs. Martha Lou Scates Stow, age 77, of Dresden, TN died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN.
She was of the Baptist faith and lived most of her life in Weakley County. She was a member of the Bob Reavis No. 71 Order of Eastern Stars in Martin, TN.
She is survived by a daughter, Denise (David) Boane of Latham, TN, a
son, Dean (Elizabeth) Stow of Paducah, KY, a brother, Dannie Scates of
Ohio and a sister, Mary Sue Hooper of Martin, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Stow and her parents,
Boyce Truman Scates and Frances Woodson Adams Martin.
There will be no visitation or service held at the funeral home. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Stow Cemetery, 847 W. New Hope Church Rd., Dresden, TN 38225.
