Mary Juanita Castleman
November 11, 1939 — March 8, 2018
Mrs. Mary Juanita Castleman, age 78, of Dukedom, TN died Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
She was a member of the Sandy Branch Primitive Baptist Church and
had been a classifier for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company
in Union City. She loved working outdoors, gardening, raising her
chickens; was always ready to help people, always a hard worker and
always put others before herself. She had lived in Obion County, TN
most of her life.
She is survived by her husband Richard Castleman, whom she married
April 7, 2007, of Dukedom, TN, children: Harley Wyatt Adams (Cyndi)
of Reidland,KY, Charles Nick Adams(Teena) Gates, TN, Nita Smith
(Greg) of Union City, TN, Leisa Ann Cantrell (Bobby) of Martin,TN,
Randy Lee Adams of Union City, TN, 14 grandchildren and several
great grandchildren, a brother Ward Casper of Metropolis, IL and three
sisters Wilma Bass of Metropolis, IL, Wanda Humphrey of Indiana and
Sarah Wood of St. Louis, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents Wilma Pauline Crockett
Casper Brown and Aaron Ward Casper.
Funeral service will be held at 3 pm Sunday, March 11 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Sandy Branch Cemetery in Weakley Co., TN. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Saturday and on Sunday until the funeral hour.
