Mary Ann McCartney

July 25, 1941 — September 17, 2009

She was of Protestant faith and was a Superintendent for an Apartment Complex in NJ. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, (Mayfield Post)and People Helping People. She returned to this area in 1996
from New Jersey where she lived for 34 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Donna S. (Andy) Swallows of Fulton, KY., and Phyllis Ann (John) Bush of Northampton, PA., two grandchildren, Dawn M. Bush of Northampton, PA., and Wendy (David) Gaughan of Tresckow PA.,
one great grandchild, Chase Gaughan of Tresckow, PA., and a brother, Phillip Haman of St. Louis MO.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Richard McCartney, April 29, 1993, and a brother.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ann McCartney will be held at 2PM Sunday in our funeral chapel. Dr. Jack Acree will officiate. Burial will follow in the Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 12 noon Sunday until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 4205 Hillsboro Rd., Nashvulle, TN. 37215 or St. Jude Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
