Mrs. Mildred Wood Mendenhall, age 86, formerly of South Fulton
died Sunday, Sept. 21,2014 at the Spring Creek Health Care
in Murray, KY.
She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, was a charter
member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and was a self-employed
beautician. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by a daughter Brenda Beard (Joe) of Beelerton, KY
and a son Jackie Wood (Jenny) of Almo, KY, two grandchildren and
two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three husbands, Walter Wood (Dec. 1964),
Paul J. Roach, (June 1994) and Morris Mendenhall,(Nov. 2005), her parents Milton and Ella Thompson Davis.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 1 pm at the
Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with visitation from 11 am until the funeral hour.
