Mrs. Mossie Beadles Brann, a longtime resident of the Twin Cities
and the Pilot Oak Community, passed away on November 12, 2015
at Tennova Healthcare-Volunteer Martin Hospital in Martin, TN.
Mrs. Brann was born March 21, 1923 in Fulton, KY and was a 1941
graduate of Fulton High School. She was a member of the Bethlehem
United Methodist Church in Pilot Oak, KY and was retired from
Ferry-Morse Seed Company in Fulton, KY.
She is survived by her three children, Terry (Darlene) Beadles of
South Fulton, Betty (Don) Smith of Floyds Knobs, IN, and Mike
(Debbie) Beadles of South Fulton. She is also survived by three
step-children: Barbara (Bill) Alderdice of Pilot Oak, KY, Danny (Jane)
Brann of Woodland Mills, TN, and Bill (Pam) Brann of
Graves County, KY. Seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren
and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren also
survive her. She is also survived by her brother, Wilburn Allen of
Fulton, KY, and her sister-in-law Loretta Turner of Mayfield, KY.
Mrs. Brann was preceded in death by her first husband,
Stanley Beadles of Fulton, her second husband, Namon Brann of
Pilot Oak, KY, and her parents, Gladys Morgan Allen and Willie Morgan.
Visitation will be at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, KY on
Saturday, November 14th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a
graveside service to follow at Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton.
The family has asked that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's
Hospital , P.O. Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 or
to a charity of one's choice.
