Mr. Neil Foster Ray, age 69, of Fulton, KY died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was of the Baptist faith, was a U.S. Army veteran where he served in
the Vietnam war and was a self-employed painter. He lived all of
his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ray, one brother, Trice (Martha) Ray
of Union City, TN and several nieces and nephews.
He is proceded in death by his parents, Luther Trice and Ernie May
McKinzie Ray.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
