Mrs. Pansy Pearigen Cook Cusac, formerly of Fulton died Friday at The Oak At Limestone Nursing Home in Gainesville,GA.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, KY where she served on several committee of the church. She was a beauty operator and was a hostess for the former Holiday Inn in Fulton. She was active in the A.A.R.P. and had lived most of her life in Hickman and Fulton, KY.
She is survived by four step children, and a sister Reba Randolph of Elkhart, IN.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elzie Lee Cook,
July,7, 1981, her second husband, Roy Cusac preceded May 14, 2005,
her parents, Emerson E. and Nancy Ann (Burns) Pearigen, four brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 AM Saturday until the service hour.
