Phyllis Joan Swinney

Ms. Phyllis Joan (Outland) Swinney, age 65, of South Fulton, TN died February 13, 2014 at the home of her son.
She was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and had been a forklift operator for the former Hubble Lighting Company in Martin,TN. She had also worked at the former Barn Restaurant, Capone's, Park Terrace and Derby Restaurants, as well as for the Lean To Restaurant in South Fulton.She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by a son and daughter in law Jeff & Brandy Swinney of Obion, TN; two grandchildren Zachary Swinney of Martin, TN and Bella Swinney of Obion,TN; a sister Judy McClure of Clinton, KY and two brothers Terry Outland of Phoenix, AZ and David Outland of Clinton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willard and Eileen (Burton) Outland.
A memorial service will be held at 1 pm Monday, February 17 in our funeral chapel. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 am Monday until the service hour.
