Mrs. Rachel B. Williams, age 91, of Fulton,KY died February 5, 2014 at 8:15 pm at the Hospice Care Center in the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, KY and had been a social worker for the State of Kentucky and was also a homemaker. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by three sons, James G. Williams of Paducah, KY, Clyde P. Williams III "Chuck" of League City, TX and Clayton D. Williams of Lexington, KY; two daughters Ann Mayes of Johnson City, TN and Lynn O'Neal of Fulton, KY, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde P. Williams, Jr.,
her parents Annie Laurie (Jonakin) and A. G. Baldridge and a grand-
daughter Margaret Lynn Carter.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, February 10 at the Fairview Cemetery in Fulton. There will be no visitation held at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
