died September 3, 2015 at the home of his aunt in
Paducah, KY.
He was a Certified Nursing Assistant for Mills Manor
Nursing Home and had lived in Graves Co., KY all of his life.
He is survived by his father Loyd Randal Perry of Water Valley, KY
and his mother Nellene Jackson Johnson of Buchanan, TN and a sister Courtnie Rebecca Weatherford of Wingo, KY.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, September 5 at the Pinson Cemetery near Wingo,KY. Visitation will be at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel from 11 am – 1 pm on Saturday.
