Raymond C. (Pop) Lomax

Mr. Raymond C. "Pop" Lomax, age 68, of Fulton,KY died Monday, August 9, 2010 at the Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton,KY.
He was of the Baptist faith and had been employed by the from Hadley Adhesive Company in Fulton, KY and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Union City, TN. He had lived in this area most of his life.
He is survived by 3 sons Roy Clay Lomax of Chicago, IL, Greg Lomax
of Pottsville, KY and Jeff Lomax of Clinton,KY, 9 grandchildren, 2
great grandchildren, a step son Robert Cobb of Crutchfield, KY and 2 step daughters Tammy Wilber and Ruthie Ferguson, both of Clinton,KY, and a sister Juanita Tittle of Eldridge, Alabama. Also several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Melvin C. and Polly (Hall) Lomax, 3 brothers, a half sister and a half brother.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Thursday, August 12,2010 in our funeral chapel and interment will be in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens in Union City, TN. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 am Thursday until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton / South Fulton Relay For Life, c/o 302 Carr Street, Fulton,KY 42041.
