She was a member of the Tates Creek Christian Church in Lexington, KY and was a graduate of Murray State University. She was retired as a former fifth grade school teacher for the Glen Ellyn & Lombard School System in IL.
She is survived by a daughter Nancy Hutt of Lexington, KY, a son and daughter in law, Leo Stanley Hutt, Jr. and Karen of Medina, OH, 3 sisters and 2 brothers in law, Pauline Parker of Murray, KY, Betty Lou and Don Lessley of Wichita, KS and Patsy and Wendell Stice of Lexington, KY, 4 grandchildren, Becky Crespo Pfannkuch and Duane Pfannkuch, Jr., both of Los Angeles, CA, Justin Hutt of Hudsonville, MI and Lance Hutt of Concord Township, Ohio and 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo Stanley Hutt, her
parents Carrie (Hodges) and Robert W. Davis, and 2 brothers.
Graveside services for Mrs. Rebecca Davis Hutt will be held at 10AM Saturday at the Greenlea Cemetery. There will be no services or visitation held at the funeral home. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for graveside services.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY 40504.
