Mr. Richard V. Myatt of Fulton died Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the Parkway Regional Hospital.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton, KY and was
with the KY State Police,was the former Fulton Police Chief, co-owner,
manager, and stockholder of COLP Wholesale Building Supply of South
Fulton, and the Director of the Fulton Housing Authority for 26 years. He
retired in 1989. He was a member of Roberts Lodge # 112 and the
Shriner Rispah Temple in Madisonville, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Jewel S. Myatt of Fulton,KY;two nieces
Sandra Lusk of Fulton,KY and Anita Ross of Union City,TN and a nephew Pat Myatt of Fulton, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fred Dolan and Eunice (Patrick)Myatt and a brother Willis Patrick Myatt.
Graveside services will be held at 10 am Thursday, June 25,2009 at the Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 am Thursday until time to leave for the cemetery for graveside services.
