Richard Hays Tidwell

Mr. Richard Tidwell of Fulton died Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was the Public Works Director for the City of Fulton (KY) and was of the Baptist faith. He was a member of the Twin Cities Mens
Organization and had lived in this area all of his life.
He is survived by his wife Martha Jane (Bates) Tidwell of Fulton,KY,
whom he married August 21, 1979, a daughter Victoria Council of Union City, TN, 3 sons: Tim Morrison of Fulgham, KY , Scott Tidwell and Terry Tidwell, both of Fulton, KY; 3 grandchildren: Stephanie Council, Caroline
Morrison and Madelyn Morrison.
He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Watts Colley and
his grandparents Odie Hays and Chester Lenore Bryan.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, August 30,2009 at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with burial in the Greenlea Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 5-8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. on Sunday until the funeral hour.
