Mr. Robert Glen "Chigger" Cherry of Fulton,KY died early Wednesday morning at the Haws Memorial Nursing Home.
He was a member of the Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton, KY and had been a car salesman since 1961. He retired in 1999. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was an avid motorcylce rider. He had lived in this area all of his
life.
He is survived by his wife June (Holland) Cherry of Fulton, KY, and his daughter and son in law Lynn and Richard Parham of Martin, TN; 3 grandsons: Zach Parham of Washington D.C., Bret Parham of Martin, TN and Skylar Cherry of Union City, TN. Two brothers, Kenneth Cherry of
Mayfield, KY, David Cherry of Graves Co., KY and a sister Martha Rhodes of Graves Co., KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Novice & Dulcie (Seay) Cherry and a son Russell Dale Cherry.
Funeral services will be held at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel at 11 am on Friday, February 5,2010. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Thursday and anytime after 8 am on Friday until the funeral hour.
