Robert "Bob Ford" Hardin

Robert “Bob Ford” Hardin, age 78, of Hickman died on March 9, 2021 at the Clinton Place in Clinton, KY

He had been a farm laborer for several farmers in Fulton County. Bob was of the Baptist faith. 

Bob was known to make daily visits to the Citizens Bank, Strong Funeral Home, E. W. James and other businesses in Hickman, KY on a daily basis. Bob had earned the title of “Bare Foot Bob” as he loved to go walk barefoot!

He was born in Corinth, MS on August 17, 1942 to the late Spencer and Mary Hardin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Bob is survived by his niece Rudene Willis, great nephew and his wife, David and Beck Riffe, great-great nephew Charlie Riffe and great-great nieces, Breanna and Arianna Riffe.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. on Friday, March 12^th at Strong Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Crowell officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. 

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:00 P.M. on Friday at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman, KY.
