Robert K. "Dixie" Howell
May 11, 1918 — June 15, 2007
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton,KY. He had retired and was formerly in sales with the Ferry Morse Seed Company. He was also a member of the Rotary Club. He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served in World War II. He had lived in Fulton,KY (1976- 1999), Chattanooga, TN and Lanett, Alabama.
He is survived by a daughter - Maree Nauman of Cordova, TN and a son-Robert Howell of St. Louis, MO, 5 grandchildren and a sister - Dorothy Wynn of Lanett, AL.
He was preceded in death by his wife-Mary Mozelle (Crafton) Howell,his parents - Wilie (Morgan) & Robert K. Howell, Sr. and 2 sisters.
Memorial services will be held at 11 am Tuesday (6/19) in our funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends and family may meet at the hour of service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation 350 N. Humphreys Blvd. Memphis, TN 38120.
