Mr. Ronnie Dale Tibbs, age 65, of Water Valley, KY died Monday, October 9, 2017 at his residence.
He was a member of the Walnut Grove Church, was a retired switchman for the Illinois Central Railroad and was co-owner of D&R Sheetmetal in Mayfield, KY.
He is survived by his children; Ronald Shane (Shelly) Tibbs of Wingo, KY, Jason Tibbs of Water Valley, KY, Rhonda Tibbs Heifner (Dale Young) of Grapevine, TX, Amanda Tibbs (Shawn) Isaacs of West Frankfort, IL, his significant other Sheryl Frazier of Martin,TN, ten grandchildren; Morgan Norsworthy of Wingo, KY, Carol Ann Tibbs of Lowes, KY, Madison Dawn Tibbs of Lowes, KY, Chloe Shiann Tibbs of Wingo, KY, Mickie Reed Skinner of Pryorsburg, KY, Ryanna Paige Tibbs of Mayfield, KY, Makayla Reign Tibbs of Water Valley, KY, Trinity Ryan Tibbs of Water Valley, KY, Payeton Nikkole Tibbs Heifner of Hickory, KY, Harley Gracie Ann Heifner of Akin, IL, three great grandchildren; Emberly Carol Sanderson of Lowes, KY, Nakylee Ramiah Sowell of Mayfield, KY and Dramir James Haskins of Hickory, KY, a brother Louie Douglas (Linda) Tibbs,Jr of Water Valley, KY, two sisters Jennie Kay (Chris) Fowler of Mayfield, KY and Marjorie Joyce Cristman of Berea,Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Louie Douglas Tibbs, Sr and Juanita Fern Hitchcock Tibbs and a brother Donnie Richard Tibbs.
Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thursday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Water Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Wednesday.
