Mrs. Jones was a founding member of the Smith Street Church of Christ in So. Fulton,Tn. and taught Sunday School for over 40 years. She worked at the former Dime Store, Hobby Lobby, AC Butts Grocery and also worked as the sample lady for E.W. James and Son
Supermarket located in Fulton, Ky.

She is survived by her son, John O'Neal Jones and his wife, Karen from South Fulton,Tn., two grandaughters, Melissa Neal Jones from Boston, MA and Allison Taylor Jones from Martin,TN. and one sister, Peggy Marler of Abiliene, Texas (She was preceded in death by her husband, O'Neal Jones and 5 siblings, Molton
Gambill, Raymond Gambill, Joseph Gambill, Juanita Gambill and Edith Moore as well as her parents, John and Viola Williams Gambill.)

Funeral services for Ruth Jones will be held at 11AM Thursday in our funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Bro. Miles Mayo and Dr. Charles Marler will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home after 9AM Thursday until the funeral hour.
