Mrs. Shirley Bush Morris, 78, of Fulton, died Sunday at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of Fulton,KY. She had been a buyer for McAlpins Department Store in Lexington, KY. She had lived in Lexington,KY and for the past nine years in Fulton, KY.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters in law Jim and Scarlett Paitsel of Fulton,KY and Steve and Jill Paitsel of Charlottesville, Virginia.
Ten grandchildren: Kirk Paitsel of Fulton,KY, Mark Paitsel of Hopkinsville,KY, Jon Paitsel of Fulton,KY, Stepheny Griffith of Hopkinsville,KY, Paige Aldridge, Hannah Aldridge, Colton Aldridge and Callen Aldridge, all of Fulton,KY, Tiffany Thornton of Charlottesville, VA and Melissa Paitsel of Orlando,FL and seven great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters in law Clarence H. Bush, Jr. and wife Elsie of Burnsville, NC and Bob and Dorothy Bush of Fulton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mary (Simmons) and Clarence H. Bush, Sr.
A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Friday, June 17 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 2-4 pm at the funeral home.
Burial will be on Monday, June 20 at 2 pm E.S.T. at the Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, KY.
