Mrs. Terry Kephart, 63, died May 7, 2011 her residence in Fulton.
She was a member of the Fulton First United Methodist Church and was a retired bookkeeper for Alexander, Thompson, Arnold C.P.A. in Fulton, KY. She had lived in Fulton most of her life.
She is survived by her husband Roger D. Kephart of Fulton, KY whom she married Oct. 8, 1966, her father L.C. "Charlie" Thomas of Fulton,KY, two sons David Charles Kephart of Salida, CO and Sam Thomas Kephart of South Fulton, TN and a grandson Max Thomas Kephart of Jackson, TN.
She was preceded in death by mother Betty Lou (McClellan) Thomas.
Graveside services for Mrs. Kephart will be held Tuesday, May 10 at 2:30 p.m. at Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 noon Tuesday until time to leave for the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton Public Library, 312 Main St., Fulton, KY 42041.
