Mr. Marion Thomas "Tommy" Kelley Jr, age 59, of Gallatin, TN and
formerly of South Fulton, TN died Friday, September 1, 2017 at his
residence.
He was a member of the Gallatin First United Methodist Church and
a former member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton.
Mr. Kelley was a retired teacher, coach and assistant principal from
the Obion County School System.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Canter Curling Kelley whom he married February 19, 1995, two sons; Jason T. (Valerie) Kelley of Eva, AL, John M. (Olivia) Goodwin of Gallatin, TN, a daughter Amanda Kelley (John D.) Lankford of Lebanon, TN, four grandchildren; Taylor Burgess (Cody) Brogan of Gallatin, TN, Edward T. Kelley of Eva, AL, Owen M. Goodwin of Gallatin, TN, Ellen V. Lankford of Lebanon, TN, two great grandchildren; Addalyn Brogan and Ella Brogan both of Gallatin, TN, a sister Alice Kelley (Jimmy) Kiser of Germantown, TN, four nephews and one niece.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marion Thomas "Tom" Sr and Frances Gardner Kelley.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 pm Sunday, September 3 in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Lynnville Baptist Cemetery in Lynnville, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12 noon Sunday until the funeral hour. (People are asked to wear Tennessee or Elvis attire).
