Mrs. Vera Puckett, age 89, of South Fulton died February 20,2015 at the Martin Healthcare Center in Martin, TN.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, KY and was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son Richard (Nancy) Puckett and a daughter Suzanne (Steve) Tibbs, both of South Fulton,TN; four grandchildren Chris Tibbs of Foley, AL, Mike Tibbs of Antioch,TN, Mike Puckett of Dresden, TN and Jenny Puckett of South Fulton, TN and six great grandchildren: Pate Puckett & Ty Puckett both of Dresden,TN, Seth, Jay & Sara Beth Tibbs, all of Foley, AL and Lexi Butler of South Fulton, TN and a sister Judy Williams of Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Wilson Puckett, her parents O.A. Gordon and Vada Snyder Christensen and two brothers Lawson and K.E. Gordon.
Graveside services will be held at 2PM Tuesday at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service. Visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall in Fulton from 3:30- 5:00PM Tuesday.
