Virginia Holman Holland

Mrs. Virginia Holman Holland, age 85, of Fulton,KY died at 9:10 pm on November 9, 2009 at the Parkway Regional Hospital.

She was a long time member of the First Christian Church in Fulton,
KY and very active in their CWF program. She had been a secretary for the former Swift Ice Cream company. She was also a member of the Marshall Alexander Post #72 and was very active in the Banana Festival Cook Offs. She had lived in this area all of her life.

She is survived by her sister and brother in law Martha and Ralph
Dement of Nornandy, TN.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joe E. Holland, her
parents Ora Lee (Alexander) and Samuel W. Holman, and her
brother Rodney Holman.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Fulton. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 am Thursday until the funeral hour.
