Wayne Wilson Laster

Mr. Wayne Wilson Laster, age 79, of Hickman, KY, passed away at his residence on Saturday, December 26, 2020.

He was born on October 21, 1941 in Mason Hall, TN to the late Chester Charles Laster and Audrey Green (Wilson) Laster. Wayne was a retired millwright.

Mr. Wayne Laster is survived by his son Kelly (Catherine) Laster of Hickman, KY; daughter Nancy Spurlock of St. Louis, MO; brothers Charles Laster of Paris, TN and James Laster of TN; sisters Shirley Laster Martin of Martin, TN, Marcella Laster of Dyersburg, TN; grandchildren Stryker Spurlock, Emily Spurlock, Rion Spurlock, and Nicholas Laster.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Neva Laster, brothers Douglas, Larry, and Stephen Laster and a sister, Virginia Bloodworth.

Funeral services for Mr. Wayne Wilson Laster will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. at Strong Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Strong Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until service time.

The family requests that family and visitors wear a mask and practice social distancing.
