Fulton, Tn and 2 step daughters, Sandra Wright and Bethel Martin both of So. Fulton,TN. 1 brother, Edward Clark of Hickman, Ky., 2 grandchildren, 5 stepgrandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sudie Mae Ragsdale.
He was a retired employee of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and a veteran of U.S. Navy serving in WWII.
