William Patrick "Billy Pat" Sheehan

April 2, 1925 — June 22, 2009

Mr. William Patrick "Billy Pat" Sheehan of Fulton,KY died Monday, June 22,2009 at the Haws Memorial Nursing Home.

He was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and was a
veteran of the U.S. Army having served in World War II where he
received 2 bronze stars. He was a medic with the 42nd Rainbow
Division. He was a chemical operator for the Union Carbide
Nuclear Plant in McCracken Co., KY for 38 years. He had lived in
this area all of his life.

He is survived by his wife Addie Martha (Williamson) Sheehan of
Fulton, KY, whom he married May 7, 1944; 4 sons and 3 daughters in law, William Patrick Sheehan, Jr. of Gallatin, TN, Thomas Roy Sheehan (Vicki)of Fulton,KY, Michael Carl Sheehan (Nancy) of Hickman,KY and Dan Edward
Sheehan (Charlene) of Cadiz,KY;
7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roy Sheehan & Alma
(Thompson) Sheehan Corum and his step father Clyde Corum.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2009 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 25th from 5-8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Friday until the funeral hour.
